Beamish Process Arts'Guardians of Peace As a result there are some opportunities on which we pass. Today Wed 13 November 2002 an opportunity to accept several thousand US dollars was let go because the multinational corporation behind it would not allow time toe reach consensus. On the other hand the person developing the deal has become a member and director of a Beamish program because our behaviour matches our values. The strength of our dedication to the All Win principle is constantly in development and has been since 1999. We will continue in relationship with the multinational with te hope that everyone's needs may be met the next time an opportunity presents. The Process Arts are defined by the behaviour of cultivating the layers of relationship beneath the surface of any activity, The stated value beneath all Process Artistry is the discovery of the all win. It is therefore our vocation and commitment tot continue this work and to develop both new and ancient ways in to this mystery hoping for the survival of life on Earth.
